PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet-like body from easily getting out of a fitting projecting part by ensuring a holding force of a resilient piece provided on a tray capable of setting the sheet-like body such as an optical disc, particularly a tray used for a recording apparatus. SOLUTION: In the tray 100, a recessed part 102 in which the optical disc D is set, and the fitting projecting part 103 fitting in a fitting hole (a central hole) of the optical disc D are formed. The resilient pieces 104A and 104B for holding the optical disc D by making a resilient force act in the direction for expanding the fitting hole of the optical disc D are formed on the fitting projecting part 103. On the upper face of the fitting projecting part 103, a guide face 103b for guiding a following roller 10 is formed, and the resilient pieces 104A and 104B are arranged at positions avoiding the guide face 103b.
