PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching a punch, by which the punch is surely attached without needing tools for attaching or detaching the punch and without turning the punch. SOLUTION: This structure for attaching the punch is provided with: a retainer 1 having a punch fitting and inserting hole 1A and a groove part 1B on the side where the punch is inserted; a slide block 2 which is slid in the groove part 1B of the retainer 1; a pair of locking members 3A, 3B which surround the side part of the punch; a pair of connecting members 4A, 4B for connecting respective locking members 3A, 3B and the slide block 2 and an energizing means 5 for energizing the slide block 2 in a fixed direction. The pair of locking members 3A, 3B are made into a closed state with the connecting members 4A, 4B in a state where the slide block 2 is energized by the energizing means 5 and the side part 6A of the punch 6 fitted into the punch fitting and inserting hole 1A is gripped.
