PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively correct deformation of the pelvis using small force applied to the pelvis without imposing a burden onto muscles relative to the pelvis, and to perform correcting and stretching of the distortion of the pelvis by equalizing tension added to the pelvis and without imposing a burden. SOLUTION: A sliding plate 14 fitted slidably to a base 12 is moved by a predetermined length to stretch the legs, and the elastic members 36 of a waist placing table 18 obtained by disposing several elastic members at predetermined intervals bite into the pelvic muscles by the dead weight of the pelvis, thereby the elastic member and the pelvic muscle part are brought into surface-contact with each other. Therefore, movement of the pelvis in the sliding direction with the movement of the sliding plate is blocked, and the action of restitution force of the elastic member due to return of the sliding plate is obtained.
