摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a physiologically active substance to a chip for measuring surface plasmon resonance. SOLUTION: The chip for measuring the surface plasmon resonance is equipped with: a sensor chip substrate; a metal film arranged on the surface of the sensor chip substrate, a water soluble polymer film bonded to the metal film, a ligand bonded to the water soluble polymer film; metal ions bonded to the ligand by a coordinate bond; and the physiologically active substance fixed to the metal ions. The ligand is bonded in a density of 1.0×10<SP>16</SP>-3.3×10<SP>18</SP>/mm<SP>3</SP>and the physiologically active substance has 7 or above histidine units bonded to the metal ions by a coordinate bond and is fixed to the metal ions through the histidine unit.
