A double floor type pan for cooking is provided to keep food from water and oil flowing out of the food by discharging the water and oil out and prevent the water and oil seeping between the double layered floors. An upper discharge pipe part of an upper bottom board(32) is inserted to a bottom outlet part of a lower bottom plate(26) when a top main body(24) and a lower part main body(22) are assembled. The bottom part of the upper discharge pipe part is combined to a circularity protrusion of the bottom outlet part. The lower bottom plate is combined to the circularity protrusion of the bottom outlet part formed in the bottom part by pressing processing using a press tool having a mandrel inserting to a discharge hole. The upper discharge pipe part of the upper side bottom board adheres closely to the bottom outlet part inner side of the lower bottom plate. |
