BRAKE-ASSEMBLY FOR SHAPING MACHINE USING SHAPE-MEMORY ALLOY

A brake assembly for the shaping machine using the shape memory alloy is provided to prevent from the cutting tool and the work piece of the ram colliding when the power source is intercepted by preventing due to the weight difference of the counterpoises and the ram moving down from the ram. A brake assembly(100) for the shaping machine using the shape memory alloy is installed in both sides of each frame and it is combined with the wire(240). The brake assembly comprises the roller(110) reeled in the wire for reducing rising and lowering speed of the ram; the brake rod(111) locking/unlocking roller extended in the end part of roller is inserted; the shape memory alloy(120) of the pipe structure; and the peltier element(130) adhering closely to the shape memory alloy and controls the diameter of the shape memory alloy.
