A tilt measuring device is provided to obtain tilt information such as tilt angle and tilt direction simply by measuring the tilt of an object by laser beams. A hollow housing(100) has a coupling part for coupling an object for tilt measuring outside. A light source(200) generates laser beams. A light source positioning part(400) controls the position of the light source in such a manner that the beam radiated from the light source is positioned in the center of an optical detector(500) which is separated from the light source by a predetermined distance. A first spring(600) is fixed to the housing at an end and supports the optical detector at the other end. A control part(810) calculates a tilt of the object according to optical signals detected by the optical detector and controls the on/off of the light source.
