A waterproof assembly module having an exposed LED is provided to form a module of a kit for flickering one LED and an electrical connecting structure between the module and the module, to minimize a size of each of the modules, and to prevent an electric leakage and a short circuit. An electric wire(4) penetrates a supporter of a flat structure. A plurality of protrusions are formed on diagonal positions of the supporter. A base(1) having protrusive front and rear surfaces is formed at front and rear sides of the supporter. A lighting device is composed of an LED(22) and a PCB for controlling a flickering state of the LED. The lighting device is set on the protrusions of the base. The LED is inserted into an LED hole formed at a center of a cover(3). The cover is used for covering and sealing the base and the lighting device.
