An inner door handle structure of vehicle using kinesiology is provided to generate more moment with the same force by moving the acting point of force rearward. An inner door handle structure of vehicle using kinesiology comprises a lock/unlock switch(10) inside a vehicle for controlling a lock or unlock fastener; a door handle(20) for controlling a control box opening device of a vehicle; a wire link(30) in which an axis of rotation(11) of a door handle and an axis of rotation(21) of the lock/unlock switch and axis of rotation are connected; and a spring(25) positioned between an end part and a door module space of the door handle.
