A memory card converter and a memory card are provided to implement contents in the other terminal by authenticating a memory card by using certification card information. First data are received from a terminal(S504). Password contents are generated by encoding selection contents(S506). Decoding information for decoding the password contents is generated. Second data are stored in a memory card(S507). The second data comprises the password contents, an application file, and an administration unit and the decoding information.
