<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter that can be calibrated in a short period, has improved accuracy of measurement, and is free from data measurement missing. <P>SOLUTION: An NO<SB>x</SB>meter 1 comprises a measuring means 2 for continuously measuring gas concentration, a sample gas supply channel 3 for supplying sample gas to the measuring means 2, a zero gas supply channel 4 for supplying zero gas to the measuring means 2, a span gas supply channel 5 for supplying span gas to the measuring means 2, a channel changing means 6 for changing each channel at a time interval of 30 seconds or less so that the sample gas supply channel 3, zero gas supply channel 4, or span gas supply channel 5 communicates with the measuring means 2, a correcting means 7 for performing calibration from the zero gas measuring signal value and span gas measuring signal value measured by the measuring means 2, and correcting the sample gas measuring signal value to obtain the sample gas measured value based on the calibration result, a discharging means 8 for discharging gas from the measuring means 2, and an arithmetic section 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
