PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine which attains high operation efficiency and is utilized as a motor which provides an output of a low rotating speed. SOLUTION: For example, the rotary machine 30 constituting the motor includes a sun element 31, having a magnetic pole 32 to generate a rotating magnetic field at an outer periphery, a planetary carrier 34, and a ring element 37, and the planetary carrier concentrically surround the sun element, is rotatably supported to it and has magnetic poles 35 of a quantity of S at the inner periphery, and magnetic poles 36 of a quantity of R at an outer periphery; the ring element surrounds the planetary carrier concentrically, is rotatably supported to it and has a magnetic pole 38 at an inner periphery to supply magnetic flux which alternates to the individual outer peripheral magnetic poles of the planetary carrier; the rotary machine further includes means 39, 20 for transmitting the rotating magnetic field to the inner peripheral magnetic poles of the planetary carrier as the rotating magnetic pole of the reverse direction, wherein the rotating magnetic filed is induced to the outer peripheral magnetic poles of the planetary carrier by the magnetic pole of the ring element, involved in rotation of the ring element.
