PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axle unit structure for an air suspension capable of reducing the weight and cost of an axle case, a spring receiver and a stabilizer. SOLUTION: This axle unit structure for the air suspension has a vehicle frame 11 having a pair of side members 12 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body 10, the axle case 15 supported by the vehicle frame 11 via torque rods 24 and 26 and storing a rigid type axle, and an air spring 18 arranged between its axle case 15 and the side members 12 and relieving an impact in the vertical direction between the axle case 15 and the vehicle frame 11. The air spring 18 is arranged in a pair on the outside in the vehicle width direction of the side members 12 and in a position for sandwiching the axle case 15 by approaching longitudinally, and a pair of air springs 18 are respectively fixed to an outside surface in the vehicle width direction of the side members 12. While a spring receiver 19 receiving the pair of air springs 18 from below by extending longitudinally, is arranged on the upper surface of the axle case 15, the pair of air springs 18 are connected to the axle case 15 via the spring receiver 19.
