PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the RF/DC conversion efficiency of a double-voltage rectifying circuit. SOLUTION: Between the anode of a diode D1 and a ground, an LC parallel resonant circuit 5, consisting of a capacitor C11 and an inductor L11, is connected. Since the resonance frequency of the LC parallel resonant circuit 5 is set to√2 times the fundamental frequency f0 of the input RF signal, the impedance of the LC parallel resonant circuit 5 side, as viewed from the diode D1, is high with respect to both the fundamental frequency f0 and to the secondary harmonic frequency 2f0. Consequently, the voltage Vdoa on the anode side of the diode D1 changes (vibrates) by a large amount with respect to these frequency components, changing the voltage applied on the diode D1, and the voltage applied on the diode D1 becomes large. Thus, since the voltage applied on the diode D1, which is a rectifying element, becomes large, loss due to the diode D1 is reduced, and the RF/DC conversion efficiency of the double-voltage rectifier circuit 1 as a whole is improved.
