PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that can easily reproduce various data through simple operation by using external equipment without temporarily transferring the various data in the mobile terminal to a personal computer. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is only placed on a charging rest 2 to detect all equipment (speaker 4A, television 4B, hard disk recorder 4C, and personal computer 4D) which are connected to an electric lamp cord 3 and can perform power line communication, and display the equipment 4A to 4D on a display section 10 of the mobile terminal and further transfers data of a data type related to one selected equipment to the selected equipment for reproduction.
