PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed cassette capable of providing an indicator without degradation of the strength, reducing the size by reducing the width, and ensuring a large movement stroke for the indicator while realizing the space saving. SOLUTION: The paper feed cassette 7 comprises a rockable paper sheet stacking plate which is attachable/detachable to/from an image forming device body, a driving gear 36 for driving the paper sheet stacking plate, and an indicator 35 for indicating the residual amount of paper sheets stacked on the paper sheet stacking plate.
