A pump circuit is provided to reduce a circuit area by reducing the number of capacitors thereof. A pump circuit(300) includes a plurality of transfer devices, a plurality of capacitors(C10-C40), and a plurality of controllers. The transfer devices are serially connected between a power source terminal and an output terminal. Each of the capacitors is used for boosting both ends of each of the transfer devices according to a first and second clock signals (CLK1, CLK2). Each of the controllers is composed of a first and second switch elements in response to the first and second clock signals. The first and second switch elements are operated opposite to each other.
