A heating mat is provided to maximize the heating efficiency and to minimize the foreign body sensation of a user by hotwire. A heating mat comprises: a pad(200) which is formed corresponding to the contact area which is necessary for generation of heat; metal fibers(320,340) arranged in the one side corresponding to the heating area of the pad at the constant interval; and a power input portion(100) which is connected to the metal fiber and inputs the power source to the metal fiber. The metal fiber emits the heat to the outside if the power source is inputted through the power input portion.
