POLYAMIDE FIBER FOR REINFORCING CONCRETE

A polyamide fiber for reinforcing concrete is provided to have excellent cohesive property with the concrete and excellent tenacity and anti-wearing character of the fiber and to improve cracking resistance, tensile strength and compressive strength of the concrete. A coating solution including ester based lubricant and surfactant is coated on a surface of a polyamide fiber for reinforcing concrete. The coating weight of the coating solution is 0.5~3 weight% based on polyamide fiber total weight. The coating solution consists of polyhydric alcohol ester lubricant 40~50 weight%, nonionic surfactant 30~40 weight% and antistatic agent 10~30 weight%. A relative viscosity(RV) of the polyamide fiber is 2.9 or greater.
