<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing an Osaka-style pressed Sushi by which proper pressure is added to a material so as to be not too strong but not too weak similar to the case of manually compressing the material even when differences are present in the height of the surface and the state of the material before the pressurizing. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the Osaka-style pressed Sushi is equipped with a pressurizing means 10 for adding the pressure to the material for the pressed Sushi inserted into a mold 100 for forming the pressed Sushi, a supporting means 20 for hanging and supporting the pressurizing means 10, a driving means 30 for driving the supporting means 20 in the upper and lower direction, a spring 40 to be compressed when the pressurizing means 10 adds the pressure to the material for the pressed Sushi, and installed between the pressurizing means 10 and the supporting means 20, and a controlling means for making the distance from the lowering-starting point to the lowering-finishing point of the pressurizing means 10 variable according to the compression-starting point of the spring 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
