<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive system capable of enjoying an online video chat at any time with easiness like a television. <P>SOLUTION: The interactive system includes: a center server 12; a plurality of dedicated terminals 14 always connected to the center server 12 via the Internet 18; and user ID card 50. When information specifying an opposite party is transmitted from a dedicated terminal 14, the center server 12 transmits a moving picture file transmitted from the relevant dedicated terminal to another dedicated terminal 14. Moreover, a moving image file transmitted from the relevant other dedicated terminal is transmitted to one dedicated terminal 14. The dedicated terminal 14 is connected to a television 29 and includes a card reader 26 for reading ID cads. The dedicated terminal 14 converts a video image and audio of a user inputted from a camera 32 and a microphone 33 into a moving image file and transmits it to the center server 12.
