PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and a link establishment method which can automatically establish a link by an X2 interface between a plurality of enhanced nodes B. SOLUTION: A first base station eNB0 transmits a broadcast packet including its own location information (x0, y0) and radius information R0 of a wireless service area C0. A second base station eNB2 determines the adjacency condition between the wireless service areas based on the location information and the radius information of the wireless service area mounted in the received packet, and the own location information (x2, y2) and the radius information R2 of the wireless service area.
