摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect pseudo synchronization caused by crosstalk by a small circuit scale when address information is decoded from an MSK-modulated wobbling signal. SOLUTION: An MSK mark detection part 230 detects MSK marks cyclically disposed as synchronous signals in a wobbling signal. A first synchronous state determination part 260 determines whether synchronism having the detection position of the MSK mark set as a synchronous position has been established or not. A prediction timing generation part 250 periodically generates timing for detecting MSK marks on the basis of the synchronous position after the establishment of synchronism. A second synchronous state determination part 270 compares, after the detection of the MSK marks in fixed positions within the period continues for a predetermined number of times, the detection timing of the MSK mark with predicted timing, and determines whether the synchronous position is a pseudo synchronous position caused by crosstalk under the condition of presence of deviation between the detection timing and the predicted timing.
