PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieval method and its system. SOLUTION: This information retrieval method includes a step for analyzing types corresponding to a plurality of questions; a step for classifying the questions according to the analyzed types; a step for indexing information by using the classified questions; and a step for retrieving information corresponding to a question input from a user by using the retrieval result.
