PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heald frame driving device of a weaving machine, which is capable of easily and highly accurately adjusting and controlling the vertical movement distance of heald frames (30) only by controlling a corresponding servomotor (20) and a link driven by the servomotor when changing to another ribbon. SOLUTION: The heald frame driving device has a frame plate (10), shaft rods (12) are provided at the frame plate (10), plural swinging rods (24) connected with the heald frame (30) at one end and pivoted with a first connecting rod (23) at the other end, are pivoted on the shaft rod (12), and further, the servomotors (20) are set on the frame plate (10), cranks (21, 41) are set on the output shaft of the servomotor and the free ends of the cranks (21, 41) are pivoted with the other end of the first connecting rod (23).
