PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition excellent in curing property, antistatic property, hard coat property, transparency and light resistance and high refractive index nature, a cured film using the same and a laminated body of the same. SOLUTION: The curable composition contains a metal oxide having 5-100 nm average primary particle diameter and a curable dispersant formed by reacting a carboxy group in a compound (D) with a functional group in a compound (E) having a functional group reactive with the carboxy group. The compound (D) having the carboxy group is obtained by reacting an acid anhydride group in a tetracarboxylic acid anhydride compound (A) having the acid anhydride with functional groups in a compound (B) having one functional group reactive with the acid anhydride group and in a compound (C) having two or more functional groups reactive with the acid anhydride group.
