PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane with jib, in which weight of an auxiliary jib can be reduced, a connection work of a tension rod is performed at a low and safe position, and storage-swing of the auxiliary jib is easily performed in the sky. SOLUTION: In boom storage of a multistage telescopic boom, the auxiliary jib 10 and a cylinder 14 for tilt can be held downward and fixed by the multistage telescopic boom 2, and the auxiliary jib 10 can be swung from a lower face side to a front side of the multistage telescopic boom 2. The tension rod 32 has a first rod 33 and a second rod 34 connected in jib work, and disconnected in fixing of the auxiliary jib 10 to the multistage telescopic boom 2. A jib fixing device 8 fixing the auxiliary jib 10 to a lower face of the multistage telescopic boom 2, and a cylinder fixing device 25 fixing a cylinder body 15 of the cylinder 14 for tilt to a lower part of the auxiliary jib 10 when storing the boom, are provided. An outer end part of the piston rod 16 is locked to the auxiliary jib 10 by a locking claw 21 and a locking part 23 engaged when the cylinder 14 for tilt is extended in the boom storage.
