The arrangement has a rotor (10) in a coaxial arrangement and an adjusting sleeve (12) provided with an outlet, where the adjusting sleeve surrounds the rotor. A whirl wheel (14) surrounds the sleeve. The whirl wheel (14) is rotatable around an axis of rotation (X) in a preset rotating direction. Throw shovels (16) of the whirl wheels are arranged in a plane running through the axis of rotation, and formed in a straight-line. The shovels have bulging bevels (34) at a side at its radial inner end, where the bulging bevels run at an obtuse angle (Alpha) to a shovel surface (32).
