<p>A high strength cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent dent resistance and weatherability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to save energy by performing continuous annealing operation. A manufacturing method of a high strength cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent dent resistance and weatherability comprises the following steps of: reheating the steel containing C of 0.08~0.20wt%, Si of 0.1~0.5wt%, Mn of 0.9~2.0wt%, P of 0.02wt%, S of 0.01wt%, Al of 0.02~0.07wt%, Ti of 0.03~0.06wt%, Ni of 0.05~0.30wt%, Cu of 0.2~0.5wt%, Cr of 0.3~0.6wt%, Zr of 0.02~0.05wt%, Co of 0.02~0.08wt%, remnants Fe, and other impurities; performing a cold rolling process to the sheet at 500~650°C after cooling; and performing an annealing process consecutively.</p> |
