A manufacturing method of cement mixture using enterolith is provided to have excellent bond strength using enterolith powder smaller than sand and waste cement sludge generating during a process of manufacturing the cement. A manufacturing method of cement mixture using enterolith comprises steps of: supplying enterolith powder to a first hopper(3); removing moisture of the enterolith powder; temporarily saving the enterolith powder; supplying waste cement sludge powder to a third hopper(10); removing moisture of the waste cement sludge powder; temporarily saving the waste cement sludge powder; supplying the pulverized loess powder to a fifth hopper(17); removing moisture of the loess powder; temporarily saving the loess powder; supplying quicklime powder to a seventh hopper(22); removing the moisture of quicklime in a fourth drier(24); temporarily saving the quicklime powder; supplying sand to a ninth hopper(27); removing moisture of sand; temporarily saving the sand; transferring the enterolith powder, waste cement sludge powder, loess powder, quicklime, sand to a mixer(38); and wrapping a mixture up.
