A layout structure is provided to reduce the interference between the circuit blocks by adding the wire connected with the ground plane between the circuit blocks. A plurality of circuit blocks has the phase difference or the difference of the applied electric energy. An isolation conducting(120) is positioned at the circuit block interval and is connected to the ground plane or the ground wire. The input of the first amplifier and the output of the secondary amplifier come close at the parallel construct amplifier. The isolation line of the layout structure isolates the input terminal of the first amplifier and the output terminal of the secondary amplifier. The isolation line is positioned at each interval of isolation block and circuit block. |
