摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain easily the initial phase of a plurality of types of encoder different in a U, V, W signal. <P>SOLUTION: An encoder detection circuit 30 includes: a terminal state monitor part 31d for converting an absolute value signal of many bits to a binary signal and monitoring the state of the binary signal; two phase tables 32a, 32b which constitute 6 phase tables at every electrical angle of 120&deg; for every positive/negative phase sequence and can select any one of the positive/negative phase sequences corresponding to the encoder to be used; a table part 31b wherein the mode number to the 6 phase of the selected initial phase table is stored; a table selection function 31c for selecting the phase of the mode number set by the table part; and a setting part 34 for setting the phase difference between the Z phase signal and the U phase signal of the encoder, wherein the phase difference set by the setting part 34 is added to the phase selected by the table selection function 31c to be an initial phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
