<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel structure having durable depressing sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: In a resistive film type touch panel structure, (a) an upper substrate and a lower substrate are arranged via a spacer; (b) a transparent conductive oxidation metal film is formed on the surface of each of the upper substrate and the lower substrate; (c) the faces of the upper substrate and the lower substrate on which the transparent conductive oxidation metal films are formed are brought into contact with each other, and (d) the upper substrate is configured of a film substrate, and the line of a transparent conductive polymer film is formed in the both inside of parallel electrodes on the transparent conductive oxidation metallic film formed on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
