SOLUTION: This inspection system for the single-dose package sheet comprises a light source capable of irradiating the outer surface of the single-dose package sheet with irradiation light, an imaging means 4 for receiving the reflected light obtained by reflection of the irradiation light radiated from the light source by the outer surface of the single-dose package sheet and generating a video signal, a seal length measurement device 6 for emphasizing a sealing section by applying edge emphasis processing to the video signal output from the imaging means 4 and measuring the seal length of the distance from the outer end of the single-dose package sheet to the boundary between a pocket section and the sealing section in the emphasized sealing section, an X-ray source 7 capable of radiating X-rays to be radiated to the single-dose package sheet, an X-ray detector 8 for detecting the X-ray transmission amount accompanying the X-ray radiation, and a determining means 9 for inputting information on the seal length, setting an inspection region appropriate to the position of the pocket section, and inspecting the contents in the inspection region based on the X-ray transmission amount detected by the X-ray detector 8.
