PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage equalization controller which can equalize the voltage of each accumulating element constituting a power source, regardless of whether the entire power source is being charged or discharged. SOLUTION: The voltage equalization controller 1 is equipped with a receiving element selector 10 which selects an accumulating element for power reception from among a plurality of accumulating elements B11-B33 constituting the first block B1 to the third block B3, a power supply block selector 20 which selects a block for power supply from among the first block B1 to the third block B3, a power supplier 30 which supplies power obtained from the block selected by the power supply block selector 20 to the accumulating element selected by the receiving element selector 10, and an ECU40 which comprehensively directs the control of the receiving element selector 10, the power supply block selector 20, and the power supplier 30.
