PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate reproduction of a recorded program more easily from a predetermined position in the program. SOLUTION: A corner explanation column 251 for displaying each corner of a program and the content of CM is divided into a corner head position specification region 251a, and a corner arbitrary position specification region 251b. When a user moves an operation knob 131, a knob reference line 132 and a reproduction button 133 are moved while interlocking with that movement, and reproduction is started from the head position of that corner when the knob reference line 132 is located above the corner head position specification region 251a, whereas reproduction of a program is started from a reproduction position corresponding to the position of the knob reference line 132 when the knob reference line 132 is located above the corner arbitrary position specification region 251b.
