PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent load devices from being damaged even if the load devices driven with a low drive pressure are erroneously connected to an engine drive compressor set at high discharge pressure. SOLUTION: During the start of the engine drive compressor, a calculation-control part 50 is set in a closed state in which an engine is not allowed to start, and set in an open state in which the engine is allowed to start when it detects a confirmation signal generated by a set value confirmation button 50d. When the calculation-control part 50 is set in the closed state, a control part 50a does not transmit an engine start signal to an engine start circuit 3c even when it detects a start signal generated by an operation button 52d.
