PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suppress shaking of a liquid in a liquid transporting apparatus for a cargo container and to facilitate its assembling and disassembling. SOLUTION: The liquid transporting apparatus (1) is equipped with a soft tank (5) installed on a floor of the cargo container loaded on a transportation vehicle or the like and supported by left and right walls of the cargo container, a pair of wall-like bulk heads (4a and 4b) stood on the floor at the front and back of the soft tank (5) to support the front and back faces of the soft tank, respectively, a wave damping rod (7) hung across a pair of the bulk heads (4a and 4b) and whose both end parts are fitted on a pair of the bulk heads (4a and 4b), respectively, so that it presses the soft tank under a condition that the liquid is filled from the upper side. The liquid transporting apparatus (1) is equipped with first fitting means for removably fitting one end part of the wave damping rod (7) on one bulk head (4b) so as to be turned around a shaft positioned in the left and right direction, and second fitting means for removably fixing the other end part of the wave damping rod (7) to the other bulk head (4a).
