PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system and an automobile using the system at low cost by reducing the cost for a heat radiation component by facilitating the heat radiation of an actuator driver, and enhancing miniaturization and versatility of a central control device. SOLUTION: The vehicle control system comprises a central control device and a plurality of actuators. The control system has actuator drivers for driving the actuators on the actuator side. Each actuator driver has a self-diagnosis unit, a self-protection unit and a communication control unit, and is self-independent, and dispersed corresponding to each actuator.
