PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sensor assembly capable of suitably deforming sensor elements in response to a load in a collision. SOLUTION: This vehicular sensor assembly 10 has a first member 14 arranged in front of a vehicle body 18 relative to the upper-lower sensor elements 47 and 48, and a second member 15 arranged between the first member 14 and the vehicle body 18. The first member 14 has upper-lower load transmission parts 36 and 37 swollen toward the upper-lower sensor elements 47 and 48. The second member 15 supports the upper-lower sensor elements 47 and 48. The upper-lower load transmission parts 36 and 37 are opposed to the upper-lower sensor elements 47 and 48 by relatively positioning the first member 14 and the second member 15 in the vertical direction by a positioning part 30.
