PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply control device of a shaft-shaped part capable of restraining the movement of the shaft-shaped part engaged with an engaging member in the axial direction when the shaft-shaped part is supplied to a target point by an effect that a supply rod moves as a whole. SOLUTION: This supply control device of the shaft-shaped part inserts the shaft-shaped part 1 into a receiving hole 16 by moving the engaging member 7 by a supply driving means 19 by supporting the advancing and retreating type supply rod 5 by the supply driving means 19 to reciprocate it in a direction roughly orthogonal with its advancing and retreating direction and providing the engaging member 7 of the shaft-shaped part 1 on the supply rod 5 and is provided with a restraining member 28 to restrain the movement of the shaft-shaped part 1 in the axial direction by moving integrally with the supply rod 5 and advancing and retreating in the axial direction of the engaged shaft-shaped part 1.
