A branched acrylic copolymer is provided to improve the compatibility of polycarbonate and acryl resin and to minimize the degradation of colorability and transparency by reducing the difference of refractive index of polycarbonate and acryl resin. A branched acrylic copolymer is manufactured by polymerizing a monomer mixture. The monomer mixture comprises (A) an acryl monomer 20-99.999 weight% having the refractive index less than 1.49 and excess 1.59; (B) a monofunctional unsaturated monomer 0-79.999 weight% selected from the group consisting of metacrylic acid esters, ester acrylates, unsaturated carboxylic acid, acid anhydride, ester containing -OH, amide, nitriles, allyl glycidyl ether, glycidyl methacrylate, styrene-based monomer and their mixture; and (C) a branched structure-forming monomer 0.001-10 weight% having the viscosity of 4-60,000 cps at 25 °C. |
