A nanoliposome composition is provided to increase moisturizing effect by making skin structure similar liposomes having the complex of various moisturizers, and enhance skin permeation by reducing the size of liposome to permeate the skin. The nanoliposome composition comprises polyglutamic acid, hyaluronic acid, phytosterol, cholesterol, saturated lecithin, ceramide 3B, glycerine, aquaporine, hydrocreatine, mucopolysaccharide, triglyceride and purified water(balance).
