<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for maintenance work and to improve operability even if a unit to be processed for maintenance has an operation-displaying part whose screen is difficult to see. <P>SOLUTION: When a card reader unit 5, a passbook entering unit 6 or the like, which is pulled out from an unmanned contracting device 1 and receives maintenance work after its operation-displaying part 2 is leaped upward to open, is selected in the operation-displaying part 2 as a unit to be processed for maintenance, a control part 11 transmits screen data on a maintenance-work screen for the unit to a portable terminal 15, which a maintenance worker holds, to display the maintenance-work screen on the display part of the portable terminal 15.
