<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array sheet 1 for suppressing conspicuous macro unevenness which is a problem in large-area lens sheets, high in productivity, low in manufacturing cost and high in light diffusivity. <P>SOLUTION: The micro lens array sheet is constituted so that approximately semi-spherical unit lenses 2 are two-dimensionally arrayed at a ≤200 μm pitch, and it is characterized in that a fine rugged part of which the surface roughness Ra is ≥0.001 μm is formed on a lens surface of each unit lens 2, and the fine rugged part is fine and approximately semi-spherical ruggedness arranged at random. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
