PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking position determination device, a parking position determination method, and a computer program selecting the possible parking position of a vehicle, while taking into account the power consumption of a battery, based on the travel of the vehicle in a parking lot and the charging of the battery during the parking. SOLUTION: When own vehicle enters the parking lot, parking lot information 48 on the parking lot which the vehicle enters and own vehicle information are acquired (S1, S2), the amount of power consumption and the amount of charging of the battery 7 when own vehicle is parked at each of the possible parking positions in the parking lot are estimated (S3, S5), the possible parking position where the value obtained by subtracting the estimated amount of power consumption from the amount of charging of the battery 7 is maxim is selected (S6, S7), so that the selected possible parking position is guided (S8).
