PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit which reduces influence by noise superimposed on a clock signal and outputs stable voltage by reducing overshooting or undershooting of the clock signal in a part affecting an output voltage. SOLUTION: Current i3 flowing in an inverter INV3 is made small. Time required for rising a signal level of the clock signal CLK4 being an output signal of the inverter INV3 is made long. Rise of the clock signal CLK4 from low level to high level is made gentle, and unnecessary overshooting of output voltage Vout is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
