PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal receiver circuit raising a voltage between a gate and a source for a MOS transistor in the signal receiver circuit by enhancing an input signal and being provided with a high drain-source current for balancing the duty cycle of the signal receiver circuit. SOLUTION: The signal receiver circuit contains a transmission gate, a pull-low unit, a boost capacitor, a voltage division unit, and a receiver unit, and the transmission gate has an input terminal for receiving the input signal, an output terminal connected at a first node and a control terminal connected to a control signal. The transmission gate determines whether or not the input signal is conducted electrically according to the control signal. The pull-low unit determines whether or not the voltage at the first node is pulled down according to the control signal. When the input signal is received, the boost capacitor boosts the input signal, the receiver unit attains an output of a total-amplitude output signal and the problem of a low current by the high threshold value of the MOS transistor is resolved.
