PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved opening and closing device of a front panel for audio equipment which can facilitate the opening and closing of a front panel by opening and closing the front panel by adjusting an angle. SOLUTION: Audio equipment has a body 1, a front panel 4, and a case 13. When the front panel 4 is opened from the body 1, a support base 5 fixed to the front panel 4 is slid through a fixing plate 8 fixed by covering a part of a tightening hole 6 formed at the body 1, and one of a plurality of locking clicks 11 formed on the support base 5 is fixed to the fixing plate 8 so that an opening angle of the front panel 4 becomes adjustable.
