PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle group traveling control system for preventing contact of vehicles in the group. SOLUTION: A vehicle group traveling control system controls at least one vehicle to follow a leading vehicle, and a plurality of vehicles are connected and grouped. When the vehicle behavior of the leading vehicle becomes a prescribed state, a repelling magnetic force is generated between the leading vehicle and at least one following vehicle, and the leading vehicle or at least one following vehicle is controlled to increase an interval between them.
